The support you need during pregnancy,
birth & beyond!

Whether you're a first time Mum, fell pregnant naturally, are going solo, have conceived with a little help from IVF or have suffered loss, now is a very precious time for you and your baby. I am here to offer you 1-1 support and or small group sessions to accompany you throughout and beyond your pregnancy.

Strengthen, stretch and relax your mind and body with our livestream pregnancy yoga, pilates and meditation.  All sessions are recorded and uploaded to our library for you to practice at home in your own time. Join our weekly support calls to share your journey with a small group of other pregnant women.

Postnatal yoga & pilates

Before returning to gym or regular yoga or pilates classes, it's important to realign and  gently strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals. You'll probably also be feeling tension in your shoulders and back from breastfeeding and carrying your baby or stroller.
FemFlow offers a series of postnatal yoga and pilates videos designed to support your body and help you get back in shape after birth.

1-1 Pregancy Support

Whether your pregnancy was expected, a fertility journey or a total surprise, the transition to becoming a Mum is a metamorphosis.  At this time, when you and your body are changing, I will be here to support you all the way, with a yoga practice that encompasses your mind, body and spirit. If you need special variations for any aches, pains special conditions or injuries, we've got this together.  And of course you'll have access to any livestream or group sessions available and videos to practice at home.
